Accounting Specialist — Prestosports

I was the primary person on the project that helped Presto Sports collect $2.5M back in past-due invoices. In current accounting cycles, we are receiving payments faster (average 20 days vs. an average of 65 days before).

As a Customer Success Manager, manage relationships with over 550 customers in the club, high school, college and professional athletic organizations with accountability for customer loyalty and retention. • Created new client lifecycle management system, starting from initial sale through all phases of on-boarding, implementation, training, and continued education.
• Introduced CRM Tool (Close.IO), which helped retain 90% of customers during renewal period between 2019 and 2021. Including winning $250k of renewals between key period of May to September 2021.

- Game day setup of field, coordinated activities & arrivals with away team and all other coaching responsibilities.
- Coordinated all recruiting activities. My main goal is to increase awareness of our lacrosse program for players and families, not only in New York State but also throughout the world via our website and social media.  
- Created Instagram and Google + accounts in February 2015.
- Planned numerous fundraising activities, including tournaments, clinics, and other ideas for the MCC lacrosse program and community. (Face-Off Academy coming April 18th).
- Created and maintained the website for the lacrosse team (redesigned in February 2015). The website keeps fans, parents, alumni, and MCC students updated on our games and allows them to view our game photos, etc.
